It is worth mentioning here that this is a legal document and is permissible in a Court of Law. This document is providing all details regarding our Policies and Business Operations for your better understanding.
All members must first agree to our terms and conditions then only you are permitted to register.
We provide full training to all members for this particular job and we do not require previous experience. We provide all instructions and resources for this position in your Members Area.
You agree you will not disclose any information or supply our resources to another individual or company. You understand that you will be placing ads on the internet you also understand that the names you compile will come from your ads and not any lists.
Your Contact Info:
You must have a valid email address where we can contact you. If you change email addresses, you agree to notify us via email as soon as possible so that we can keep your profile updated at all times.
Acknowledgements:
- You understand that you are an Independent Contractor and responsible for your own taxes.
- You understand that multi memberships are not allowed for a single user.
- You understand that anyone found to be working on 2 memberships simultaneously may result his/her account suspended or terminated with/without any notice.
- You understand that we do not tolerate Spam and any member caught spamming may result his/her account suspended or terminated with/without any notice and all his/her earnings will be lost.
- You understand that if you are found to be cheating or are found to be fraudulent in any way, your account will be suspended / terminated and your earnings will be lost.
- You understand that no automated softwares are allowed to complete your job may result your account suspend / terminated and your earnings will be lost.
Changes/Modifications
We reserve the right to change, cancel or end any offers, opportunities as well as the payment terms and rates at our sole discretion. We will do our best to notify you via email within 5 days of any change in policies.
Work / Assignments
- You understand that your work / assignments are given in your members area.
- You understand that most of the assignments needs online advertisement including classifieds, ad. postings, sending emails, generating traffic, compiling mailing lists etc.
- You understand that assignments are offered as clients order them.
- You understand that any assignment can be changed at any time without notice.
Learner’s Program
- You understand that learner program will only pay your earnings or transfer some partial payment only if you upgrade you membership in basic, advance, professional and super refer. Unless no dues will be paid.
- You understand that there is no refer session in learner program.
Basic / Advanced
- You understand that all assignments must be submitted by the due date each month and assignments submitted after this due date cannot be processed may result rejection.
- You understand that assignments job is totally separated from the refer job, hence no cumulative earning will count. Separate earning targets are applicable for both sessions.
- You understand that refer session is a full month job. Your earnings will be transferred in the whole month against refers.
Professional
- You understand that this is a full month package and assignments may be submitted anytime in the whole month.
- You understand that assignments job is totally separated from the refer job, hence no cumulative earning will count. Separate earning targets are applicable for both sessions.
- You understand that refer session is a full month job. Your earnings will be transferred in the whole month against refers.
Super Refer
- You understand that it is only a referral job having no assignments.
- You understand that franchises are not allowed to use this account for work. If you found to be a part of any franchise member may result your account be terminated.
Payments
- You will be paid check/international money order.
- You understand should a check / International Money order not reach you it will not be re issued until that check is first returned to us or has expired (90 days)
- You understand checks sent to incorrect addresses or incorrect names as a result of your details being given incorrect by you will not be reissued.
- You understand that there is a 15% payments processing fee of packages including basic, advance and professional.
- You understand that payment processing fee of super refer package is 20%.
